Information we collect

Forms collect the contact details and information you choose to provide about a property, purchase interests, rental application, or testimonial. Rental applications may include addresses, rental history, lawful income information, occupants and pets. Do not submit Social Security numbers, dates of birth, bank account numbers or identity images.

Optional property photos and proof-of-funds or lender documents are stored privately. Please remove unnecessary account numbers and other sensitive information before uploading. Approved testimonials and owned-property listing photos may be published with permission.

Use and sharing

We use information to respond, review applications, evaluate properties, manage requests and maintain security. We never sell personal information. Authorized service providers include Lovable Cloud for hosting, authentication and storage, Cloudflare for bot protection, and Resend for email when configured. A screening provider, when selected, handles screening separately; we do not request sensitive screening identifiers on this website.

Cookies and measurement

Essential storage supports security, sign-in and your cookie choices. Google Analytics and Meta Pixel load only after you accept their respective categories and valid IDs are configured. Google receives visit activity and device/browser details for analytics. Meta receives page activity, device/browser details and advertising cookies for ad measurement. Form answers and uploaded contents are not sent to either. We honor browser privacy opt-outs. You may reject optional cookies or withdraw through Cookie settings at any time.

Cookie-choice evidence is stored on your device with a random visitor reference, decision time, notice version and history. Clearing browser storage removes that local record and requires a new choice. No customer matching or server-side advertising uploads are enabled.

Retention and deletion

Rental applications are scheduled for deletion after 1095 days from submission, subject to legal preservation obligations and attorney review. Authorized administrators may delete them sooner. Other records are kept only as needed for the stated purpose and applicable obligations.

To request access, correction or deletion, use our contact form. We may verify your identity and explain records that must be retained by law.

Text messages

Text-message consent is optional and separate from other terms. Frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not required for any purchase or service. See Text Messaging Terms.
